5. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Training Sessions
Missed sessions are non-refundable.

Tournaments
Tournament registrations are non-refundable once confirmed.

Merchandise
Products may only be returned if defective.

AMG Athletes may cancel or reschedule events due to weather, safety concerns, venue issues, or insufficient participation. In such cases we may offer rescheduling or credit at our discretion.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must:

  • Respect coaches, staff, referees, and other players

  • Follow safety instructions

  • Avoid dangerous or unsportsmanlike behavior

AMG Athletes reserves the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct, aggression, harassment, or damage to facilities.

7. Health and Safety Acknowledgment

Sports activities involve inherent risk including injury, illness, or physical harm.

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are physically fit to participate

  • You accept all risks associated with athletic activity

  • You release AMG Athletes from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

You must inform us of any medical conditions before participation.

8. Media Release

By attending any AMG Athletes activity, you grant permission for photography and video recording.

AMG Athletes may use media content for:

  • social media

  • marketing

  • promotional materials

  • website content

If you do not consent, you must notify us in writing before participation.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, designs, graphics, training material, branding, and media is owned by AMG Athletes.
