01Cancel anytime

AMG Athletes Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal — it does not end the billing period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee or minimum term beyond the period you chose.

Cancellation happens in the store account that bought the subscription: Apple for App Store purchases, Google Play for Google Play purchases. AMG Athletes cannot cancel a store subscription for you, because store subscriptions are controlled by the store account that made the purchase.

You do not need to contact us to cancel, and you do not need to delete your AMG Athletes account.

02How to cancel on iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, tap AMG Athletes, then tap Cancel Subscription.

You can also open the App Store, tap your profile picture in the corner, tap Subscriptions, and cancel from there.

If AMG Athletes is not listed, or Cancel Subscription is not shown, the subscription has already been cancelled or it was bought with a different Apple ID. Sign in with the Apple ID that made the purchase and check again.

03How to cancel on Android

Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, tap Payments & subscriptions, tap Subscriptions, tap AMG Athletes, then tap Cancel subscription.

You can also cancel in a browser at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

If the subscription is not listed, it was bought with a different Google account. Sign in with the account that made the purchase and check again.

04When access ends

Pro access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling early in a paid month or year does not cut access short.

After that date the account returns to the free features: free workouts, your public page and username, follows, direct messages, progress and streaks, and AI Coach within the free limits.

Premium programs — and their weeks, days and videos — lock again, and eligible offline downloads are removed from the device the next time the app confirms your access. Cancelling does not delete your training history, progress, Journey, profile, followers or messages.

05Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it

Removing the AMG Athletes app from your phone does not cancel a store subscription. Neither does deleting your AMG Athletes account. Apple or Google will keep charging the store account until the subscription is cancelled there.

Cancel first in your Apple or Google subscription settings, then delete the app or the account if you want to.

06Refunds

Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are decided and issued by Apple and Google under their own policies. AMG Athletes does not receive full payment-card details and cannot issue a store refund directly.

Apple: request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with the Apple ID that made the purchase.

Google Play: request a refund at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or through Google Play support.

Local consumer law may give you additional cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights. Nothing here limits those rights.

07Free trials, promo codes and introductory offers

If a plan includes a free trial or an introductory price, cancel before the trial or introductory period ends to avoid being charged the standard renewal price. The exact end date is shown in your Apple or Google subscription settings.

Cancelling during a free trial normally keeps access until the trial's end date. A promo code or introductory price applies only for the number of billing periods disclosed before purchase; after that the subscription renews at the then-current standard price unless it is cancelled.

08Changing your mind, and resubscribing

If you cancel and change your mind before the paid period ends, you can usually turn the subscription back on from the same Apple or Google subscription settings without losing access.

If you resubscribe later, open AMG Athletes, sign in to the same account, and use Restore Purchases in Account Settings so the entitlement is applied to your account.

09If the app and the store disagree

If the store shows the subscription as cancelled but the app still shows Pro, or the store shows it as active and the app does not unlock, sign out and back in, then use Restore Purchases in Account Settings.

If it still does not match, email [email protected] from the address on your AMG Athletes account and include the store receipt. Do not send full payment-card details.
