Subscription Terms

01Product

AMG Pro is an auto-renewing subscription for ONE premium training program that you choose. While the subscription is active it unlocks that program's weeks, days and videos, offline downloads of its eligible workouts, and other Pro member features.

Each subscription includes one selected program at a time. Opening a different paid program does not add it to your subscription, and the selected program cannot be switched freely during the subscription.

AMG Pro includes up to 300 AI Coach messages per monthly period (free accounts get 2) and AMG Assessments. AI access remains subject to these limits, safety controls, service availability, the AI Coach & Data Policy, and your optional consent to share AI messages with OpenAI.

Plans renew monthly or every three months. The exact price, currency, billing period, any free trial, and taxes are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm purchase.

02Devices and offline downloads

A Pro subscription unlocks eligible content for the signed-in AMG Athletes account while the subscription or entitlement is active. Protected paid video access may be limited to one active device at a time.

If you restore purchases, reinstall the app, or switch devices, you may need to sign in to the same AMG Athletes account and restore purchases again. Offline downloads do not transfer between devices and may need to be downloaded again on the active device.

Offline downloads can be removed or become unavailable when you sign out, delete your account, cancel and lose access at the end of the billing period, receive a refund, lose entitlement to a program, uninstall the app, clear app storage, switch the active device, or when the app comes online and confirms access has changed.

03Billing and renewal

New subscribers may be eligible for one 7-day free trial, as shown by Apple or Google before purchase. Only one free trial is available per customer across AMG Pro plans and programs. The trial starts the plan you choose: unless you cancel before the trial ends, that plan is charged automatically when the trial ends.

Without a trial, payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Your store account may be charged for renewal according to Apple or Google rules.

Deleting the AMG Athletes app or deleting your AMG Athletes account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

04Changing your plan

You can switch between monthly and three-month billing for the same subscription. The change takes effect when Apple or Google applies it, usually at the next renewal, and your selected program and training progress stay the same.

05Promotional and retention offers

AMG Athletes or an app store may offer promo codes, introductory pricing, or a limited retention offer. Eligibility, discounted price, number of discounted billing periods, expiration, and the normal renewal price are shown before store confirmation. An offer does not change an existing subscription unless the store confirms the transaction.

Offers may be limited by country, store, account, plan, campaign, or time; may not be transferable, redeemable for cash, or combinable; and may expire or become unavailable. After the disclosed promotional period, the subscription renews at the then-displayed standard price unless cancelled before renewal.

06Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in Apple ID Subscriptions on iOS or Google Play Subscriptions on Android. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Apple or Google says otherwise.

If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged, and access continues until the trial ends.

When access ends, the program locks again. Your training progress, history, Journey posts, achievements and profile are kept, and return if you subscribe again.

AMG Athletes cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription for you from inside our own billing system because store subscriptions are managed by the store account that purchased them.

07Restoring access

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, sign in to the same AMG Athletes account and use Restore Purchases in Account Settings or on the subscription screen.

Restoring purchases can restore eligible subscription access, but it does not restore offline video files that were saved on another device or removed from this device.

If the store shows an active subscription but the app does not unlock, contact support with the email address on your AMG Athletes account.

08Refunds and changes

Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google. AMG Athletes does not receive full payment-card details and cannot issue store refunds directly.

AMG Athletes may change subscription content or available plans over time. Any price change or renewal notice is handled through Apple or Google where required.
