The rules for using AMG Athletes training, profiles, competitions, and paid access.

Using AMG Athletes

By creating an account, viewing training content, joining competitions, or purchasing access, you agree to use AMG Athletes only for lawful, personal training and athlete-development purposes.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of profile information, rankings information, tournament entries, and support details you submit.

Training and safety

Training content is educational and athletic guidance. It is not medical advice. Stop any drill that causes pain, train in a safe environment, and ask a qualified professional before starting if you have a medical condition or injury.

AI Coach responses are generated automatically and may be wrong or unsuitable. Do not use them for diagnosis, treatment, medication, emergency decisions, injury clearance, or as a substitute for a qualified coach or healthcare professional.

AMG Athletes may update, replace, remove, or reorganize programs, videos, rankings, competitions, and app features over time.

AI Coach use

Use of the AI Coach is also governed by the AI Coach & Data Policy at https://amgathletes.com/ai-policy. You must give permission before AI messages are shared with OpenAI, and you may withdraw that permission without losing access to non-AI features.

Do not use the AI Coach to create or request illegal, abusive, sexually explicit, hateful, dangerous, self-harm, or rights-infringing content. Do not submit another person’s confidential or personal information without permission.

AI outputs may not be unique and are provided without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on an AI response.

Content rights

AMG Athletes owns or licenses the app, videos, program structure, branding, text, images, and other content. You may view content inside the app for personal use while you have access.

You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, scrape, upload, share premium videos, bypass access controls, or use AMG Athletes content to build a competing product.

Paid access

AMG Athletes Pro and other paid products are governed by the Subscription Terms at https://amgathletes.com/subscription-terms, the store purchase sheet shown before purchase, and these Terms of Use.

Refunds, cancellations, billing, taxes, and payment issues are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play when purchase is made through those stores.

Fair play and moderation

AMG Athletes may correct, hide, suspend, or remove profiles, rankings, badges, tournament entries, comments, support messages, or accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, infringing, or harmful to the app or its users.

Do not harass other users, impersonate anyone, upload illegal content, attempt to access another account, reverse engineer protected video delivery, or interfere with app security.
