How to delete your AMG Athletes account and request deletion outside the app.

Delete inside the app

Open AMG Athletes, go to Profile, open Account Settings, then choose Delete my account. For security, the app may ask you to re-enter your password or authenticator code first.

This deletes your Firebase account and removes app records tied to your account, including profile data, public player profile data, progress, favorites, username reservation, notification settings, AI usage and feedback records, and app-managed access records where deletion is allowed.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email info@amgathletes.com from the email address on your AMG Athletes account with the subject:

We may ask for extra verification before deleting data so that another person cannot delete your account without permission.

What may be retained

Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, accounting, dispute handling, store purchase history, or unresolved support and safety issues.

Offline downloads, saved AI workouts, and the AI consent choice are stored locally inside the app’s private device storage. They are removed when the account is deleted from that device. If you no longer have the device, removing the app clears its local storage.

Data already processed by a service provider may remain for its stated retention period. OpenAI may retain AI prompts and responses in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days under standard API controls, unless a legal or safety exception requires longer retention.

Subscriptions are separate

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel subscription billing in Apple ID Subscriptions or Google Play Subscriptions before deleting the account if you do not want future renewals.

Response time

AMG Athletes aims to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute reasons.
