Subscription terms

Billing, renewal, cancellation, and access details for AMG Athletes Pro.

Product

AMG Athletes Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks premium training programs, premium video access, offline downloads for eligible program days, and other Pro member features while the subscription is active.

Pro may include a higher AI Coach message allowance. AI access remains subject to the displayed daily and monthly limits, safety controls, service availability, the AI Coach & Data Policy, and your optional consent to share AI messages with OpenAI.

Available plans may include monthly and yearly options. The exact price, currency, billing period, trial if any, and taxes are shown by Apple App Store or Google Play before you confirm purchase.

Billing and renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm purchase.

The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date shown in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Your store account may be charged for renewal according to Apple or Google rules.

Deleting the AMG Athletes app or deleting your AMG Athletes account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in Apple ID Subscriptions on iOS or Google Play Subscriptions on Android. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Apple or Google says otherwise.

AMG Athletes cannot cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription for you from inside our own billing system because store subscriptions are managed by the store account that purchased them.

Restoring access

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, sign in to the same AMG Athletes account and use Restore Purchases in Account Settings or on the subscription screen.

If the store shows an active subscription but the app does not unlock, contact support with the email address on your AMG Athletes account.

Refunds and changes

Refund requests for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google. AMG Athletes does not receive full payment-card details and cannot issue store refunds directly.

AMG Athletes may change subscription content or available plans over time. Any price change or renewal notice is handled through Apple or Google where required.
